Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this app and participate in any auction.

Coins are used only to enter auctions.
Coins do not hold monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you lose an auction, your entry coins will be automatically refunded to your balance.
If you win, coins are not refunded, and you will be required to complete payment for the winning item.
All coin purchases are final and non-refundable.

Winning users must complete payment within the specified time.
Failure to pay on time may result in order cancellation and banning from future auctions.
We use secure payment providers to process transactions (e.g., Apple Pay, Mada, Visa, etc.).

If you win an auction and complete payment, we will ship your product to your registered address.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
